The results of the CBC poll (as of 12:30) are interesting:

A full probe should be called 24% (121 votes)

If Electoral Officer Paul Reynolds won't act, he should resign 28% (141 votes)

It's water under the bridge; too late to change anything 37% (188 votes)

I don't know enough 12% (60 votes)

Even with the clicking of the regular Danplants, a majority of respondents (52%) say that either a probe is warranted or Reynolds should resign if he won't do his job.

This is 15 points higher than the "do nothing" response -- so look for the 8th Floor doozers to get busy clicking this afternoon.

It amazes me that even the strongest partisan would be against investigating potential criminal activity, regardless of political stripe.

Dennis - it's no longer "potential" criminal activity, according to Reynolds' own press release.
