Newfoundland's political reporters have undoubtedly taken note that, when the Liberal Party of Newfoundland & Labrador opened nominations for its leadership convention, all contestants not named Kathy Dunderdale were given over two months to file their nominations.
Meanwhile, the Progressive Conservative Party (on the Thursday before a holiday long weekend, no less) has given candidates not named Kathy Dunderdale a mere 11 days to do likewise.
